Worked great for car camping. Bright white for setting things up, then amber gives a really nice light (surprisingly good for LED) that lights up the whole campsite, but isn't annoying. It's like a nice campfire light. Hangs great off an open hatchback, and also great inside a small tent - the amber light is perfect - lights up great without glaring. The candle mode I thought would be good - but I found it a bit "seizure" inducing (not for real, but was straining on the eyes/brain). Battery lasted 5 days using it at least 3-4 hours per day. Take a while to recharge, but having USB-C is great - I can use the same charger I use for my phone. For the price I'm buying another one just to use around the house in the backyard!
It is great for power failures. Winter is coming on and I think this little lamp will be good. Small enough to place anywhere, but gives off good light.
Great for camping and perfect for a black out! The candle setting is great.
